Overview
Pronota has developed and implemented an integrated protein biomarker pipeline applying proprietary protein chemistry techniques, advanced separation sciences and high-end mass spectrometry. The two components, MASStermind® for low abundance protein biomarker discovery and MASSterclass™ for antibody free, multiplex protein assay development provide a unique solution for the accelerated discovery and verification of high value biomarkers. These biomarkers form the basis of a growing pipeline of next generation diagnostic tests in development at Pronota. In partnership with pharmaceutical companies, Pronota is also applying the same platforms to discover and develop new biomarkers as tools to support the development of therapeutics and ultimately as companion diagnostic products.
